This project consisted of providing demolition of walls, sinks, doors and doorways, lighting, HVAC ducts and diffusers; installation of new walls, flooring materials, ceilings, painting, installation of various equipment and plumbing fixtures, lighting, HVAC diffusers/grilles and ductwork, and communications line, HVAC design, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, roofing, and build-out of new offices in an existing warehouses for the US Army Reserve.
This project consisted of furnishing and installing three (3) dedicated outdoor air units designed to provide 100 percent outdoor air in order to improve indoor air quality, enhance comfort and control the relative humidity inside the building. Furnished and installed controls system.
The requirements for this project were to upgrade the finishes for the 1st floor of building 546. The work consisted of new flooring VCT and carpet, paint, cabinetry, free standing counters and counter tops.
